Building an HCC Profile

You can build an HCC Profile for a single patient from CDA or HL7 data by utilizing both the Convert API and Insight API.

1. Convert the data from CDA or HL7 to FHIR.
2. Combine the FHIR bundles from multiple sources, if needed.
3. Use the Insight - Risk Profile operation to build the risk profile.
