Orchestrate Server
Orchestrate Server is a cloud-native healthcare data integration platform. It can ingest data from payers and providers in a variety of formats (including HL7 feeds, C-CDAs, claims data, and more). Leveraging the power of the Orchestrate APIs, Orchestrate Server ingests, transforms, and routes data across systems at scale.
The Orchestrate platform helps to meet the requirements of the CMS Interoperability and Prior Authorization Final Rule (CMS-0057-F) and CMS Interoperability and Patient Access Final Rule (CMS-9115-F) by offering fully compliant FHIR APIs to share health data. This includes claims, encounter data, USCDI clinical elements, and prior auth details.
The CMS-required APIs are:
- Patient Access API - Enable patients to access their health data through the healthcare app of their choice.
- Provider Access API - Allows payers to share patient data with in-network providers who have an existing treatment relationship with the patient.
- Payer-to-Payer API - Supports the exchange of historical data between payers.
- Provider Directory API - Provides a public-facing directory of a payer’s network of providers.
Additionally, Orchestrate provides a Data Sharing Preferences API for payers to communicate their member’s preferences for sharing data with outside entities.
